Can I use BidRite if I'm not HVAC?
Yes. BidRite works for any skilled trade. HVAC ships with a ready-to-use starter price book; every other trade can build its own flat-rate tasks, labor rates, parts, and margins. Plumbing and electrical starter catalogs are included too.
Does BidRite take a cut of payments?
Never. Square (or Stripe) payments go through your own account and settle to your bank. BidRite doesn't touch the money or add a per-transaction fee.
Can I customize or load my own price book?
Completely. Edit any task, add your own, set your labor rate, parts costs, and target margins — or load your whole existing price book. The prices are yours.
Is my pricing and customer data private?
Yes. BidRite is offline-first — your price book, customers, and job history live on your device, encrypted. Loading your own price book keeps it on your device. We don't sell or mine your data.
Can I add more techs later?
